It has been serviced including 4 New Raytheon 12AX7/ECC83 installed. (old tubes are included) Year 2004-05. As per the son told me when he had picked the unit up from the service center for his father. No paperwork but the unit obviously has been serviced.
I have tested the unit and indeed it is in working condition. Being sold as pictured with no cover included. Face plate is in excellent condition.
