Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

 At HiFi Philly we ship to any of the 50 states of the United States. We do not ship to any other countries. Most orders are processed and shipped in 1 Day / 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been processed.

 The exception being that if you purchase a Refurbished or Serviced piece of equipment we extend the handling time to 2 Day's / 48 hours. The extra time is used to retest any piece of equipment to assure the the unit is functioning as it should. If there are any last minute adjustments it will be done at this time. The goal is to sell and ship equipment that you can enjoy for years trouble free.

 Everything we ship will arrive in new or like new corrigated boxes. The item will be packed with care by someone who cares. This is a guarantee by me the Owner.

Returns

 Everything we sell comes with a minimum 30 Day money back guarantee. Just contact us and we will email you a return label at no cost to you. When you contact us you will also receive a RMA number to expidite the return process. You will receive a full refund including original shipping within 24 hours of the item arriving here at our home office.

 Refurbished and or Serviced equipment have a 60 Day money back guarantee. We work hard replace any worn parts and include preventive maintance while we work on the unit. Every piece of equipment we sell is serviced so this applies to all equipment. 

Damaged in Shipping

 It your item arrives damaged in shipping contact us immediatly. We will open a claim through our shipping partner Pirate Ship who handles claims on our behalf. We will need pictures of the damage to the box and the damage to unit from you. Then just hold onto everything until the claim has been processed. We will update you with the claim number. Once the claim has been processed you will receive a full refund from us including original shipping.
