12" Vinyl Record Albums

Our records are played thru tested prior to being made available for purchase. We will not list any vinyl that is dangerous to a stylus or just plain garbage. We use multiple turntables for testing records. That being said we do grade on the curve for record covers that are 40 or 50 years young. 

 We are currently revising our grading system to be more compatible with the industry. Now using "Goldmine Magazine Record Grading System" 

Mint (new)

Near Mint - As good as mint in looks but has been handled and posibly played once or twice (once by us"

EX (Excellent)-  Visually very clean looking. Plays with little to no backround sound (poping or cracking)

VG++ Better than average sound on playback. No skips, Condition of vinyl  also is better than average.

VG+ This will be the majority of records ratings. Some lite scraches visible. The record must play clean with some backround sound acceptable. No skips Worthy of adding to your collection.

VG - The record will show some scratches and some backround sound including record wear. We generally do not list records rated as VG unless it is rare or very collectible.

G (good) Not so good We do not list any records in th G condition but album covers yes we use this rating

Album covers will sometimes receive a G-Fair with issues explained
